Co-Founder Murray Clarke has spent the better part of 20 years working as a hands on recruiter in both in-house corporate and search firm environments.

Prior to establishing Referable AI, Murray built, led and sold a successful recruitment business that generated roughly 50% of revenues from executive search, and 50% from RPO services. 

Having seen the challenges up close, Referable AI was developed to remove the difficulties faced by in-house recruiters and search firms seeking a collaborative way to deliver for their clients and to ensure talent IP is always available. 

Our other Co-Founder is Konstantin Ivanov – a full stack veteran of HR Tech responsible for another successful interviewing technology, aptly called Interviewy.

Konstantin leads the team on product development and is excited to build the AI and automation features that make the Referable AI roadmap so compelling!
